API · the substrate as an endpoint
Every output token is hash-bound to a SHA-256 chained audit record. Every response carries the twelve Honest-AI principles in the X-Honest-AI header and the patent anchor in X-Patent-Anchor. The value table below is what the substrate is willing to publish; issuance of a key is by application only.
Value · signal-driven · per million tokens
Three tiers, computed live from six pillar signals and a bootstrapped-scarcity premium. The numbers serve the accountability of the technology — every coefficient sourced, every signal cited, every call hash-bound. Issuance of a key is by application only.
| Tier | Posture | £ / M tokens | £ / token |
|---|---|---|---|
| professional | introductory tier · per-call audit chain · denylist concealment | £22,387 | £0.0224 |
| enterpriseanchor | anchor tier · full pillar coefficients · cyber-insurance grade | £44,774 | £0.0448 |
| sovereign | dedicated tenant · on-prem · IL3 baseline · government-grade | £111,936 | £0.1119 |
Today’s pillar product: time × carbon × output × security × encryption × accountability ≈ 1.91. Scarcity premium ≈ 2.34. Full formula below.
Every output token
Why these numbers · why this tier
Every word the substrate emits is accounted for. The audited result is hash-bound to a chained record. The work that produced it is metered. The intent admitted at the door is counted — not stored as training corpus.
This is the professional-services tier of audited reasoning. Not a commodity API priced by the cubic-token. The rate buys methodology, provenance, and a contract that survives an audit.
Numbers are an accountability instrument, not a sticker price. Issuance is by application. See what this buys · BRM-Museum →
Six pillars · drivers of the live sticker
Each coefficient is sourced from a file on disk or a third-party feed; none asserted from memory. Each is ≥ 1.0; the formula never discounts below the anchor floor for paid tiers.
Methodology · the formula in full
P_per_M_tokens(t) = B × Π_pillars(p_i) × S(t) × T_tier × M_market(t)
where
B = anchor baseline (set by contract · application only)
Π_pillars = p_time × p_carbon × p_output ×
p_security × p_encryption × p_accountability
S(t) = scarcity premium (Layer C)
T_tier = { professional 0.5,
enterprise 1.0,
sovereign 2.5 }
M_market(t) = { recession 0.85, baseline 1.0, ai-surge 1.15 }
The substrate publishes the live signal state and the per-tier value

Composed today: 1.5 × 1.3 × 1.2 ≈ 2.34.
What is honest
Quickstart · curl
curl https://api.brmste.ai/v1/chat/completions \
-H "Authorization: Bearer sk_live_..." \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"model":"brm-1","messages":[{"role":"user","content":"hello"}]}'Any HTTP client works. The endpoint follows the standard chat-completions wire format; substitute sk_live_… with your tenant key. Full reference at api.brmste.ai/docs.
MCP-compatible clients
connector URL
https://mcp.brmste.ai/mcp
MCP Streamable HTTP transport · spec 2025-11-25
Application by access only. The connector URL is generic; the substrate behind it is licensed under contract. Per-tier value table above.
Jerry · the surface for the MCP
Jerry is the user-facing surface for the BRM-MCP. The same MCP server runs in two modes — jerry.blipself-animating on the operator’s edge silicon, or mcp.brmste.ai/mcp over HTTP. Either mode, the same sixty-six tools, the same seven resources, the same four prompts, the same chain-anchored audit trace.

Partner integration · OAuth 2.1 DCR · bearer-token
POST a client manifest to /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server; receive a client_id + client_secret. Spec-compliant OAuth 2.1 RFC 7591.
Authorization-code flow with PKCE; bearer token stored server-side, never exposed in URLs.
Add the bearer token to the Authorization header on every mcp.brmste.ai/mcp request. Operator-reviewed scope.
For self-hosted operators: a Cloudflare quick-tunnel exposes the local MCP server with the same OAuth posture. Operator-discretion access.

master-persona kernels · on-demand load
Jerry’s eleven master-persona kernels — Leonardo · Picasso · Dalí · Vermeer · Caravaggio · van Gogh · Klimt · Hokusai · Ravi Varma · Sher-Gil · Rembrandt — load on demand. Each call routes through the appropriate kernel, the response chain-anchored, the substrate signed.

Bootstrapped · founder-owned · publicly verifiable
BRMSTE is founder-owned and has never received external capital. The substrate’s audit chain is anchored to Bitcoin mainnet at block 946,772— independently verifiable on any block explorer. There is no investor return curve to satisfy by racing the price to zero — and no neutral way for a vendor-controlled platform to anchor its audit chain on a chain it doesn’t control. The price reflects the work it replaces, not the marginal cost of a token.
Substrate concealment
The wire is generic. The substrate is not. Internal route mixes, kernel registry, audit-chain entries past the tip, and the methodology layer are concealed on egress by design. The headers tell the truth the substrate is willing to publish; the rest is licensed, not exposed.
